Cindy Lea

Cindy is warm, funny, and passionate about helping others create lives that are joyful and fulfilling. She is known for her irreverent humor, clear and accessible style and her boundless enthusiasm. Living with undiagnosed ADD herself, Cindy engineered her road to success by focusing on her strengths; curiosity, compassion, and an inherent gift for solving problems. Cindy loves being a Psychotherapist, Coach and Speaker and has extensive training in ADD/ADHD solutions, strategies, and coaching.

Cindy is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Erin Serrano

Erin Serrano LICSW/LCSW provides telehealth for Minnesota and Illinois. She much younger and calmer than Cindy and has the inattentive type of ADHD. She compassionate, patient and good at identifying client strengths which they find inspiring. She is knowledgeable about all the social media resources like podcasts, instagram and TikTok which her younger clients really appreciate. Erin has been a social worker for 17 years and is bilingual in Spanish. She is passionate about being a neurodiversity affirming therapist and being an advocate. Erin has a lot of experience in supporting clients with disabilities and  chronic health conditions and navigating the healthcare system.
