Cindy is warm, funny, and passionate about helping others create lives that are joyful and fulfilling. She is known for her irreverent humor, clear and accessible style and her boundless enthusiasm. Living with undiagnosed ADD herself, Cindy engineered her road to success by focusing on her strengths; curiosity, compassion, and an inherent gift for solving problems. She earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MA in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Cindy loves being a Psychotherapist, Coach and Speaker and has extensive training in ADD/ADHD solutions, strategies, and coaching.
Cindy is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
