Rates
Depend upon what your insurance allows but they usually run between $90-$130
Insurance - I am in network for Aetna, BCBS, Medica, Preferred One, UCare, United Behavioral Health, and United HealthCare. In 2024 I will be able to take Medicare.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is Cindy Lea in network and if not will out of network coverage work?
- Are there any pre-approvals necessary?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you haven't contacted me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 fee.
